Pelican's Landing Resort is a waterfront RV resort with cottages, fishing pier, boat ramp, boat slips, with a boat house lounge and clubhouse for entertaining and relaxing. We are located directly on the Indian River Lagoon in Sebastian, Florida. Paradise awaits you. From I-95 North or South

• Merge onto CR-512 E via exit number 156 toward FELLSMERE/SEBASTIAN. 6.7 miles (ends at the river)
• Turn right (South) on Indian River Drive
• End at 11330 S Indian River Drive, Sebastian, FL 32958
• From U.S. 1 North or South
• Take US-1 (FL-5 S) S. to S INDIAN RIVER DR
• From the North turn LEFT
• From the South turn RIGHT
• End at 11330 S Indian River Drive, Sebastian, FL 32958

From I-75 North or South

• I-75 toward TAMPA
• Merge onto FL-60 E via exit number 257 toward BRANDON. 119.5 miles
• Merge onto I-95 N toward DAYTONA BCH. 8.8 miles
• Merge onto CR-512 E via exit number 156 toward FELLSMERE/SEBASTIAN. 6.7 miles (ends at the river)
• Turn right (South) on Indian River Drive
